Global HIV guidance: I have contributed to the World Health Organization’s Consolidated HIV Strategic Information Guidelines and other global guidelines used in over 50 countries.
PEPFAR MER leadership: I authored, managed, and coordinated multiple editions of the PEPFAR Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) Indicator Reference Guide, setting the global standard for HIV data collection and reporting.
Global technical consultation: I have provided technical leadership on interagency and international technical working groups that shape M&E policy, reporting systems, and strategic information practices.
